After the exhibition, the six Myanmar artists went to the University of Dhaka as part of an artistic and cultural exchange between the two countries.
The two artists featured this year will be displaying works in acrylic, oil, crayon and pastels.
“Our peoples live together side by side. There is confluence of minds, which can be expressed in the interplay of colour in this painting exhibition,” Tareque Muhammad, minister and deputy chief of mission, told a press conference last week at Sedona Hotel.
